    The product was called chop-chop when I last saw it. Smells different, less obnoxious for non-smokers. I almost liked it.

    slippin - the offense is excise or tax evasion I guess, as the smokes are legal.

    How stiff are the penalties?

    Back then, you could lose your truck if you were found transporting it. I gather it didn't matter much whether you knew about or not. But things change: It is now legal to run a still at home. I don't know if they changed or law or simply decided to ignore it.
