quite possible the budget and rail deals are part of the agenda, the australian has a comment from Flinders ,unfortunately i could not access it due to site upgrades.
stifles investment seems to be the theme.
no doubt about it all the uncertainty created largely by politicians shows the influence it can have, brings to mind that quotation "seize the day" making the original recommendation at 30c seem attractive.
well the new theme for Flinders will be a bit like the supermarket jingle "prices are going down and staying down" might be the time to start buying regularly
