I think the following means that the directors will be collectively stumping up $2mill and thats good enough for me as a sign of confidence. Lucy Turnbull's statement- I like it:

"The directors' willingness to participate in the SPP in the manner described in the Company's various announcements and in the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Memorandum, is an expression of their confidence in the continuing success of Prima and their view that the
Company will continue to build on the tremendous progress achieved over the last two and a half years."

I also particularly note in the above these words:

"their view that the Company will continue to build on the TREMENDOUS PROGRESS achieved over the last two and a half years."

Those words to me mirror the continuos progress often referred to by Robhood. Its the sp that appears out of kilter with that progtress and understandably some cant see past the interim share price.
