The issue is and still is, will Monash be able to secure the funds for dibursement for all of their projects?? My understanding is that they are looking to fund multiple projects, some in Aus and some on the continent and some in Asia. The funds for these projects are being collected from a variety of finaciers across the globe and Monash have been battling to make the funds available. Innovative funding creates significant red tape and regulations.
ALDP still on track and not affected by the budget.
If ECT secure funding from ALDP then no announcement will be made until as late as September. They are not able to announce if successful but MUST announce if unsuccessful. (confirmed with ADAM)
I am hoping and I stress the word hoping for a trading halt soon with good news that Monash have sorted out their SAGA.
Hoping for silence through to September and dirt to be dug in December....
