For mine PCL management are very worried about their share price.
And in the absence of very good news they only have the firepower or the will to push it up on low volume, currently even at these levels there is more volume than they are prepared to deal with.
Fortunately the sellers are not rushing for the exits.
Just an observation, if HRT strike it big then its of no consequence, stating the obvious I guess.
