Hi baukaw.

To be honest, I think they are too tired for the way business is done today. Too old, too disinterested in looking at and being involved in a company that has at least three years to start of production.
Thinking more about retirement than doing the hard yards in getting a Future Top Ten Iron Ore Company Into Production.

The Company needs younger blood to push the Company into the next stage. Does not have to be people in the twenty's or the like. Thirty five to fifty five years old would be fine for the Main People.

George is close to my age. I know how I have slowed down in the last five years or so. No where near as strong a body any more. I used to pride myself how fit I was for a 60 year old. Could keep up with guys twenty years younger in some things. Now I only have to twist and I tear a muscle, put my back out by trying to move a rock with a builders 6ft bar.

Time for George and some others to move on I feel. It is the years not so much the person that has changed. Want's to do it but not capable anymore.
