Firstly, that is a LYC estimate. Are you suggesting they ramped up to 22,000 and have confirmed that already? I must have missed that quarterly (P.S their cost of production started around $8 (someone correct me on this))
Secondly, have you heard of economies of scale? They need to be producing at 22,000 to achieve that rate.
Thirdly, the only misinformation I am seeing is that LYC will easily sell 22,000 tonnes.
P.S. read up on the legalities of misleading and deceptive communications before sprouting commentary on it.
