If Nido management work for us the shareholders as you say, why object to the shareholders proposal to dismiss them ?
In my experience over the last couple of years investing with NDO the management have only worked for their own self interest, earning bloated salaries and bonuses for continued under performance.
Why bother trying to achieve anything when the reward for doing nothing is just the same as success. They've had it too good for too long splashing about in their private trough filled at the shareholders expense. Time to go Phil & Co.
