Hi TC. Hows business. I would have thought that with property recovering and no great crashes that the bears would at least drop the doom and 50% drop mantra but they are a determined lot. Latest theory is Perth to become ghost town as population floods across Nullabor to survive.
I am staying, you might have to send food parcels from Melbourne. Has that one done the rounds before.
