The Utica shale will be developed. Jobs and wealth will pressure the Quebec government especially if they have to start buying energy off their neighbours. As the gas price recovers further and further increased pressure will be applied to the Quebec government.

As for wolfcamp, if Approach or BHP take an interest id imagine they will most likely buy the acreage outright so they can develop it at their pace.

It is so disappointing that we spent so much money without unlocking that acreage especially when our net door neighbours appear to have done it.
