Yes upper management are shareholders too and are aware of the current share price trend downward thus losing them money as well.

Hang on a minute! How many shares did they actually pay for?
Yes $5000 here and $10000 there. Small change with what they get payed. But most would have attained the bulk of their shares without putting their hand in their own pocket.

I think there are some on HC that have a lot more physical dollars to lose than our friends at the top.

Would be nice to see managements salary's structured around share price performance. This way they would really be payed true value on their own performance.

Like many; I'm hanging on. Hopefully we are not flogging a dead horse. If we are; I think like usual, we will be the last to find out.

I will top up again, but at this rate I think I will wait till it goes below ten. I really hope that chance does not present itself!
