Certainly looks like someone is trying to give the impression that .004 cents is the market price but there are very few selling into that. Like I said earlier some good news will see the .005 cent offer line either wiped out or the sellers will move to the .006 offer line.
I'm hoping it all moves to the .10 cent offer line. Bit of wishful thinking there.
