Freeway, they bought more between Dec and Feb but didn't have to put in a sub notice because the change was too small. (I think they have to release an update for every 1% change but you can check the asx site for exact details). And now their holding has been reduced as a result of dilution from the CR. So no change in stock held since Feb but a change in % held.
