It truly is a good deal given the circumstances raider. We are lucky to have gotten it and it is the best case scenario with what we know.
I am not sure RUM will front up another offer or not but it will have overshadow Monument deal due to its assurances.
Fingers crossed everyone. It's not over yet but a small company like this doesn't get given a lifeline like this too often and I will take that and RUMs wanting of our company as a good sign of what we know is there and more.
