Now you consider the follow sittuation

Bilby..tyhey do the flow test and the result is not conclusive.. They need to perform a second one..
Whuile this is happening they go deep lets say another 350 mts .. and they begin the proceduires and also copme some infomration but they prefer make a second one in this 350 ms deep because they dont want anounce just column but also they need (or understand ) at least porosity..

Now imagine they can perform "pending" tests for 1-2 or 3 days (must be obviuous that is reasonable "precaution" and of course you can't extend 1 week or 2..

But 1 or 2 days checking all data before publish and that "coincide" with one schedule announcement on Friday doesnt sound any breachg of law, correct ?

(lets state to avoid any further question I'
m not talking a "discovery" but I'm talking exacvtly in sittuation like Bilby..the discovery is done but plenty of tests can be (and should) be perform to avaliate the entire discovery still published..
