Dividends are a long way off.
Should and will be concentrating on getting plant to steady state and securing more resources to extend production beyond 10 years @ which time a re-rating should occur.
IMO they are the prime issues that have been holding the SP down.
As stated in the previous post-if you want dividends, you are in the wrong sector.
