    Dear Sherlock,

    I take your point regarding the problem of valuation of an offer, but perhaps an offer in excess of 2 X the 30-day average VWAP might be seen as great value by some holders. Would you sell at 60c? 70c?

    I am certainly in for the long hall and, as you are, eagerly waiting for the next reports.
