Not sure why you think PVM wanted to build a large scale project or can't develop the resource.

We already tried the merger. We were supposed to join with Keegan Resources out of Canada. We would have had 200m in cash enough to build our mine. Our majot shareholders voted it down and admittedly I didn't want it either. It was 1-1 and we were bigget than them. In hindsight though we should have gone through with it.

Unless any merger has enough cash to negate funding the problem remains. I wouldn't vote to go 1-1 with GRY
