Im very pleased mr cottee has given todays ann.

There has been a lot of recent criticism of management,fair enough,some deserved.

But now you can reasonably discern.
1 .The major conspiracy theory of sto takeover/etc.?or
2.It takes time to work j/v,get permits,progress.

Mr cottee really needs to communicate a lot better with shareholders.
To not do so is a major mistake.A bad mistake made by many a ceo/board.
