Seems you are spamming this forum.
BTW, be careful posting anything that says someone has a case to answer.
The courts decide that, and this matter is now before the Court so is sub-judice.
Finally, do not forget that this is a civil matter not a criminal matter, I think you're getting a long way ahead of yourself over this.
