Your guess is as good as mine, 1h 2014 for drilling L9 is possible but yes, time-lines can stretch. The proposed additional seismic 3d is in the Western section of Block L9 and I'm not sure if it is needed before drilling (unless they think there are better targets there?) whereas the seismic 3d done last November is in the Eastern half of the block.
Maybe when they announce a farm-in partner they may give us an updated time-line.

Will be good to finally see news on L6 farm-out etc. I don't know about timing, I just hope it's a good deal with a good partner. Timing could actually be better served later rather than sooner, if later means coinciding with an improved market sentiment for speculative oil exporers.
