Pretty hard to come up with a credible "long" argument for FWD at the moment. Press from WA government outlook today is pretty grim. Very little future construction capex on the horizon.
Mining contractor friend of mine is reporting ~$400 per week reductions in rental properties in Pt Headland. I think this highlights pressure coming out of the system in accommodation.
The board will have to be very brave to continue previous dividend cash commitment.
