J1 I don't think much will come out of this next hearing. Especially no lifting of the C Clause I think

IMO it suits both parties to have it in place. Obviously for their own agendas as they seek to gain control of this " little baby ".
Im not expecting anything substantive happening through the courts either way for a fair while yet, it'll just drag on and on

But, as you have said, plenty of partnerships carry on during such things where there's a dollar to be made by the parties involved

Under the JV Agreement both of them are obliged to work and act in the best interests of the JV or risk being in breach of their obligations.

This is why costs/details of the project are being reworked by Heathgate/Quasar

So lets get cracking and getting some cash flow going, they can sort out the legal stuff separately
