I'm still mulling over what they said in the 3rd paragraph on page 3: "This will effectively drill the Main Lode from the extremities towards the centre".
The centre of the main lode is between pad 4 and pad 1. Are they looking for a pipe?
In the news release of 26/9/12, they made the comment that much of the Cu production of early last century was sourced from the pad 4 area (High Valley) and they've "discovered, mapped and evaluated a number of surface and underground mine workings...at least three production levels, with extensive copper sulphide and oxide mineralisation visible in outcrop as well as in the surface and underground workings".
They also say that the Guchab mining centre produced high-grade (up to 33%) ores before attention switched to the Kombat discovery 10 km to the west.
So, what was the source of those high-grade ores at Guchab?
The model so far can only reflect data gathered so far. Once they start successfully drilling from pad 4, things could get quite interesting.
