All the present gyrations are people betting on a positive Tata decision.Once stocked up large enough to gloat over their handsome profits but not so much as to send (depends on their war chest and risk profile )them broke then they will probably sit and wait.I mean how high a price are you prepared to pay for a possible(and that is possible) short term say 300% profit.Its now a bit like the odds for either a favourite or an outsider at the races...As the price climbs the risk is increased and the returns are lower.Bet you a sheet of solar steel if the price dropped to say 30 cents the bargain hunters would step in....We will get to a poinr where we will need new information,news etc to keep it lifting...Dont you guys agree..?
