the directors made the huge mistake of telling the market grant was on the way... NOW they have to pay something for that and a freeze on their pay would go a long way to supporting the SP. They wont so the SP will tank along with the company...I can see IMF sending out a pack to take legal action if Derby falls through... cleary the directors have been negligent or misleading at worst.
