Well MD I'd rather your right than me regarding the C Clause cause some disclosure would most likely help the share price

Regarding mining sooner than later , the problem is the longer this goes on ( and it will go on and on ) the lower the share price goes. Look at the last few days . It's hit 13c and looks like tracking lower ( despite unbucks influence LOL ) . The market has no patience for delays and if the 23rd brings us nothing of value ( of which I unfortunately i expect zilch ) then lower we go. At the moment the market isn't expecting much cause it the share price is pretty sick .

I don't like being negative but we've all expected much more than we've been getting from this saga, expect delay after delay in the courts.

I would love to be wrong come the 23rd and the C Clause gets lifted, and a trial date gets set.

Better still I'd love even more to see a compromise reached where we are properly compensated and the project moves to startup.

I don't feel like waiting years for a result through the courts, cause it will take years .

We will all know something new or nothing in a couple of days so let's see.

Hope I'm totally wrong though.
