Possibly the directors stopped over in Ansterdam on there last overseas trip, smoked up to much hashish, imagined they were signing a contract for puntland but were really signing there credit card receipt, so off there heads they released the news to the ASX now they have all gone in hiding with paranoia lol Just my thoughts
