it is difficult to imagine any immediate outcome unless AGS want to boast. IMO more than likely that the hearing will be behind closed doors and after much banter, the judge will retire to consider the confidentiality clause / assemble orders. It's possible that he will identify & announce a date for the main game (which AGS might care to brag about) but this too maybe held over pending assembly of orders.
Re CC... IMO 3 possible outcomes:
1. Heatgate vehemently oppose and are respectfully requested to show casue as to why it should not be lifted;
2. The judge forms the view that the material should remain confidential until some future date / event eg commencement of hearing or conclusion of hearing or pending some arbitration
3. The judge will lift the clause but for those documents which attract legal privelege.
Regardless, I would expect Justice Mansfiled will need to articulate his resolve.
Have a good one.
Interesting lump did go through but only 300K so not enough to launch a takeover... bugger!
