I dont think all is lost, apart from the oppies, but the 5:1 con is just plain ridiculous.
A sp at .02c is just plain silly and designed to break the will of shareholders.
All the oppies are just dead in the water and considering who held them I doubted if there was any intention to exercise them when you could buy heads at such a discount.
Any chance to up the price pre consolidation, went when Macquarie pulled the pin and CB had to slip in and take the Mac offload. So kudos to CB.
However since then we have been thrown some real curve balls which can only come from management. But apparently no input from CB who hasnt claimed a Board seat as prize. Takeaway the kudos of CB for not putting a floor under the price.
Why the sudden change in management style?
Surely this is a material change in the running of a Coy which is obtuse to the very latest Investor Presentation.
Doesnt this require the ASX to query the Coy?
