The government of Cote d'ivoire I think is not happy with Rialto's failure to get gas onshore and not proceeding with a further two exploration wells and may well terminate Rialto's licence. The gas focus of the proposed Vitol partnership and Vitol's status should go some way to alleviate some of the unhappiness and termination would create a host of other problems for the government but they well be prepared to live with this if they are cranky enough. I hope not.
