1. I think a hearing date will ignite the price;
2. I think any public banter re the confidentiality clause will not harm the price;
3. I think any Heathgate resistance will be insghtful ... but unlikley to move the price ... either way;

Anything that takes out any uncertainty will move the price IMO. And as the price is at or near cash backing, hard to imagine much downside ... although ...

4. Any stammering on the part of AGS will instigate a riot and cash backing will not help management.
