Dont underestimate the downside case
that being, operations arent good (high prob), upadted reserves (downgrade next month, changes teh economics), no bidders, CF doesnt bid
Instead they let it fall, underwrite a deep discount rights issue at 10c and takeover teh company that way. Thats classi chinese tactic. CF could still pick this up well below 20c
