Totally agree, you can have all the gold, oil, silver etc. in the ground but if management can't get it out of the ground then the company is worthless.
Most CEO's on the stock market have never held a shovel in there life.
The reason why I have invested heavily in this company is that Kevin was a hands on man, he was a employee of RSG before he become Director of BGS.
If there is gold in that ground in Mali you can bet your life Kevin will get it out of the ground, he did it as exploration manager at RSG and I am sure he will do it for his own company that he runs at the moment.
Exciting times ahead.
