I have been trying to call the company as well. Hope I get a call back like you did.

What would be even better is that the company would make an ASX announcement over what they told you.

I want to see if they will make an ASX announcement that Rights Issue and Capital raising if off the table. This way if they turn around 2 months later and do one then there is a case for class action.

At this stage the market expects takeover to fail and a raising is needed. If there is any kind of dilution now (given the state of the share price) it will be a devastating one.

I guess their final avenue is to sell anything left from the hedgebook (which could be a double edged sword in the medium to longer term)
