ICG had 300m shares on issue at the start of its run CDB around 170m so almost half the shares this is very important as it rises due to market cap
ICG and CDBs announcements seem similar
ICG took a few days to get going and eventually topped out at 17c or a $55m market cap but the markets were alot better back then and also ICG set the benchmark for the run this is a double edged sword as it was harder for ICG to get going so it should be easier for CDB to get going as the precedent is there however punters are unlikely to give it a $55m market cap
At 10c however CDB would have a market cap of only $17m which isnt out of the question
CDB does lack cash and alot will come down to the big money
