Can't understand why you would want the company to withhold info on Kansas. As a shareholder, I would prefer to have all info, irrespective of whether it is good or bad so that I can make informed decisions.
Am personally grateful that management are keeping us up to date on the problems encountered in Kansas rather than trying to keep it under the rug.
