I emailed the Court on monday, and got a reply on monday, asking about tomorrow being a "Hearing". They didn't clarify it being a "Hearing" or not but they did give me the link defining what a "Hearing" was. Not sure what to read into this last minute change from tomorrow being a "Hearing" into a "Interlocutory Hearing". May not mean anything either way. They both sort of seem to be the same thing anyway considering where this case is at.
