The senior management and board of SDL who perished in the tragic plane crash would be spinning in their graves if they could see the current state of SDL. Dreams have been crushed, hope has evaporated, shareholders funds have been incinerated, and people have been financially and mentally scarred. All the while, Jones and Casello have banked big salaries.
Some advice to shareholders: forget the class action lawsuits, ranting on HC, etc. Instead, convene an EGM (you will need 100 signatories to do this; consult the Corporation Act) and submit a resolution removing Jones and Casello. Do it.
