Systemic risk

Currently the markets are correcting, not an ideal time to come out of suspension. The Fed isn't stopping its stimulus measures so all should be OK for this year, but you never know when the music will slow/stop.

Anyway, unfortunately PLV being in suspension has missed this rise/opportunity in the market, would have been nice to come out of all this trouble in a rising market, not a risk off falling market.
