I would like your thoughts on the exercising the entitlement

I am considering exercising mine but in the past after each entitlement offer the share price seems to drop.In this instance the share price is very low but do you think once the entitlement offer closes you will see a drop in the share price or because the major shareholder has backed the entitlement and will take a substantial stake in the company the share price will tend to drift higher

I would appreciate your thoughts and if others want to contribute that would be much appreciated
