Dont know about news. If the dumper has finished could easily see this back in the teens - which is a far way short of where it was around 7c a year ago (or indeed 60c 2 years ago!). Of course if they still have more to sell then could languish around here for a while. Take your chances. Could be a very nice upside from here but with the spec market the way it is, who knows.
