Not sure why there is any discussions going on re valuation. Valuation has nothing to do with prospectivity.

Can't imagine there being any urgency for valuation discussions being needed atm with respect to damage claims which is something which comes (or may not come) well after final determination.

There would be alot of other pretrial stuff that surely needs to be addressed rather than what the asset is actually worth.

Surprised the defendant is so casual about the potential timing of the trial.

Some may say that something else is going on but they would probably be accused of ramping.
