All of those milestones are contingent on the SGS validation.

"The validation has several stages, the stage that we as shareholders are concerned with is the confirmation of yield, but there is also several other aspects of the validation that are not as important to us as they are to the clients so the validation will continue past the confirmation of yield stage. So we may still be waiting a few more weeks for SGS to confirm the yield but even after this information is announced the validation will continue to satisfy different clients needs."

So the explanation is there has been a hold-up with the validation, but there are several elements of the validation which are being clarified and these may well involve clients who are seeking further data. This is not an unusual situation with scientific testing and client liaison. IMO. DYOR.
