Being contingent on SGS doesn't really give much comfort. We were promised them *last year*. The capital raising has effectively just given us confirmation that management does not expect the SGS results any time soon (or they expect the results to be bad). They certainly aren't going to raise capital right before they are dead sure there is great news which is going to greatly boost the share price and give the opportunity to raise money far more cheaply.

There's no way I'd put my money near this before the SGS announcement, and if I was already holding I'd be selling out ASAP, even if I was optimistic about AEB in the long term. Unless you were holding a very large amount(at least a few million shares) I really can't see it being at all likely that you couldn't sell out now and buy back in later at a much lower price, though I expect you would be unlikely to want to buy back in anyway.

The excuse for the delay sounded a bit odd but believable for the first few weeks, and even the first month or two didn't sound entirely sus. It's now very feeble. What's the problem with giving us a preliminary set of results? Why can't we see the important bits? Why was management so inept in terms of promising that the results would be out so soon, even when they knew exactly what the issue was about give months ago? Don't they have anyone with a science background on the team? I've worked in labs, I've done research, I know delays are part of the game, but when someone assures me something will be completed in a couple of weeks and then five months later it's clear that the completion is still not close and there's no indication of when it will be other than 'no time soon', with no recent explanation provided it really smells like fishy rats. In the context of shareholders wanting to be kept informed, this situation is far worse, especially when they're asking for money in that situation. Golly.

    Good luck!
