read the threads on CDB - a lot of disgruntled long termers.
they love the resource but hate the management.
no matter how great the resource, management play a key role in a share price.
i reckon there will be more plenty of time to buy it - keep it on a watchlist and see if the company misses another deadline or exceedingly delays in updating the market with key information - i think that's the type of dip you should be buying with stocks like CDB.
