Unfortunately Michael, we will never know what the votes against Prof. J.Ross Harper will be. And you can thank the Corporation Act for that.

IMHO, for a professional Director to receive such a landslide against vote as he would have received, it wouldn't have looked very good at all in his resume.

Now, if we are to take in consideration the amount of votes that went against Stephen Prior which amounts to well over 90% of the total valid votes casted, there is no wonder that he (Prof Harper) would have left the scene before having to face such a dismal display of no confidence votes, in him and the Board.

I feel quite sure though, that the amount of votes received against his name, would be the equivalent or thereabout the amount of votes that Stephen Prior got against him. Not hard to guess IMHO.

You can write to the CS (Patrick Rossi) if you wish and ask, but, I doubt very much that you would even get a reply.

Anyway let's see what the new Board is capable of doing in trying to rectify the mess that we are currently in.
