YES, really. 20 years IS NORMAL for LNG off take agreements.
just google all LNG projects in Australia, APLNG, GLNG, Wheatstone, Pluto etc etc they have long off take agreements and they add to them all the time once the core large players get on board.
That's how they are financed.
The Japanese have been quite particular about diversifying from the Middle East/ Qatar.
