I cashed out most of my holdings today gents. I agree the SP now may be somewhat of a bargain, but my own sentiment is that Packer knows he will get approval for Barangaroo, hence competition will arise for EGP.

The SP will get smashed again after the announcement of the approval, and then perhaps I will buy in again.
