Given that there is general banter between the runs, I'm at a loss as to how a conversation about the best coffee shops in Oz is fine but sharing my best ever hot chocolate recipe, is not.
Personally, I enjoy the many diverse ad hoc exchanges that happen here (and the little insight that it gives you into each individual) in the downtime but not the constant annoying input of some, especially during the 'ON' times, that don't seem to get the message. They can really effect my state of mind on the day. But I never thumbs down or enter the fray.

Anyways, time for a fireside red now the kids are in bed.
